电子与信息工程香港本港六教授,博士生导师。国家光电材料与技术重点实验室固定研究人员、广东省显示材料与技术重点实验室“微纳结构电子光子与器件研究团队”固定研究人员。

研究方向包括:真空纳微电子学,微波太赫兹波辐射源/信号源,微波集成电路,场发射冷阴极电子器件及应用,一维二维纳米材料与器件(石墨烯,碳纳米管,二维材料)等。
